Transcription is the process of converting recorded audio or video into written or electronic documents, such as Word or PDF.

Upload your audio/videos at www.hotfile.com, www.4shared.com, www.rapidshare.com or whichever site that suits your needs. As long as we can access and download it, we’re cool. Then, fill up the job transcription form and include the URL of your uploaded audio/video in the form and send it to operations@speedy-scribe.com or fax it to 03 4106 6263. In the subject field, please fill in the name of your company. Download the transcription form here.

We will invoice you immediately upon receipt of your videos or files. 50% is to be paid upfront before commencement of work and the balance 50% will be settled upon delivery of the finished product.

Payments can be made via bank deposit or telegraphic transfer in Malaysian Ringgit.

Yes, any discrepancies reported to us within 21 days of product delivery will be corrected at no extra charge.

For transcribing, we have 4 turnaround categories – 48 hours, 5 days, 2 weeks and 3 weeks. For pricing information, please refer to out rates and services section. Please note that turnaround time takes into account business days only.
